Specific and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or services do not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. We cannot, however, check whether a visitor is older than 16. We, therefore, advise parents to be vigilant about the online activities of their children, to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. My Beauty Bento does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the objectives for which your data is collected.

My Beauty Bento does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide these if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We draw up a processing contract with those companies that process your data on our behalf, to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to accompany your request with a copy of your identity document. In this copy, black-out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the series of numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number and BSN (personal identity number). This is to protect your privacy. My Beauty Bento will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case, within four weeks. My Beauty Bento also wishes to point out that you have the possibility to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. How we secure personal data

My Beauty Bento takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
